Christoffer is passionate about mathematics and fencing. He fences saber internationally for Canada and attends math competitions (such as AMC, AIME, USAMTS, and ARML), sometimes competing for the New York City Math Team. In fencing, he has earned 2nd place in Cadet (U17) at the Canadian National Championships and 2nd place in Division III at the United States National Championships (he has dual citizenship between the two countries). He has achieved Distinguished Honor Roll (top 1%) on the AMC 10 and qualified for the Canadian Mathematical Olympiad through the Canadian Open Mathematical Challenge (approximately the top 50 among those under 20 years of age). He is a part of the Integrators program at the National Museum of Mathematics, where he spreads his love and appreciation for the beauty of mathematics. He enjoys playing chess and reading in his free time.
