User Portlet

I recently earned my Ph.D. in Applied Physics from Southern Illinois University, in Carbondale IL. I studied magnetotransport in the novel materials and heterostructures laboratory. For a few years now, as something of a hobby project, I have been interested in identifying and categorizing stable arrangements of woven helices. I can physically model about 30 different 2D, triply periodic, and polyhedral "helical weaves". I am aware of another 10 or so triply periodic helical weaves only through mathematical modeling. I am interested in collaboration. I am seeking employment.
