User Portlet

Hi, I work as a civil engineer (BE from University of Canterbury, Christchurch, New Zealand). My interest in maths and physics and their application to civil engineering (structural and geotechnical) plus my hobby maths/physics projects led me to buy Wolfram Mathematica which i am learning (always learning as there is always something new) to use, and partly because i would like to stop using MathCad which I have to run on Windows, and since I use Apple computers this is not that convenient.
