Valere Huypens Studied Control Engineering at the KHIL, Hasselt and electronic engineering at the KUL-Leuven, Belgium. He designed and did research for the control of CNC machines. In 1983, nine Belgian banks elected him as the only laureate in the field of computer science and robotics. He realized and commercialized an intelligent milling CAD-CAM system, later on he worked as a consultant and operated his software firm "Software Technology". Since 2009, he is retired. I published papers about the reference pulse interpolation of 2D and 3D-lines, curves and NURBS. The crunch of the used method is the distance of the polar line of the conic or QSIC (intersecsection of two quadrics) instead of the time-comsuming distance calculation to the conic or QSIC.
