Retired physics professor; worked in nuclear theory with emphasis on developing computational solutions to nuclear many-body problem. Since retired, with my snow-boarding son, I have developed models for designing safer snow park jumps. Currently modeling the Covid-19 pandemic with a goal of using recent historic trends to track the effective R0 and project pandemic evolution.
