I received BSc degree in 2001, (Graduated with First Class Ranking) in Electrical Engineering from the Electrical Department, College of Engineering, University of Salahaddin, Erbil, Kurdistan Region, Iraq. And the MSc degree in 2007 in Electrical Engineering from the Electrical ?Department, College of Engineering, University of Sulaimani, Sulaimani, Kurdistan Region, Iraq. I received a PhD degree in Communication and Signal Processing in April-2017 from the Newcastle University, School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Newcastle Upon Tyne, UK. My research interests include performance study, MIMO system, NOMA, 5G, wireless communication, cooperative communication, energy harvesting and cognitive radio. I am a Senior Communications Engineer in the Ministry of Transportation & Communications, Sulaimani, Kurdistan Region, Iraq.
