Katsunobu Imai is with the Faculty of Engineering, Fukuyama University, Japan. His principal research interests lie in natural computing and cellular automata, with particular emphasis on reversible computing and related areas of theoretical computer science. He serves on the editorial boards of Complex Systems and the Journal of Cellular Automata.
