Lucas holds a Ph.D. in Physics and is a postdoctoral researcher at São Paulo State University in Brazil. He has experience in both experimental and theoretical Physics, and his main interests are strongly correlated electronic systems, phase transitions, and critical phenomena, as well as interdisciplinary research between condensed matter physics and other related fields, such as Cosmology and protein compartmentalization. His extracurricular interests lie in table tennis, exercising, reading, and board/video games, among others.
