I am a Ph.D. candidate in Industrial and Systems Engineering (ISyE) at University of Minnesota – Twin Cities (UMN). My research interests are in service operations, broadly defined. I rely on the methodologies of stochastic modeling, applied probability, and queueing theory. I am interested in a broad range of applications, particularly focused on applications in healthcare and on-demand service platforms. A common thread in my research is in understanding the design of stochastic service systems to provide performance evaluations and improvements on existing operation policies.
