Experienced professional with a strong multidisciplinary background in data science, analytics, and computational modeling. My work bridges fields such as applied/medical physics, the modeling of biological systems, and bioinformatics. My latest projects have focused on integrating single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) and other omics data to gain deeper insights into complex systems. I apply techniques such as unsupervised machine learning (dimensionality reduction and clustering), supervised learning, and statistical analysis to identify patterns and develop scalable solutions. Additionally, I use network theory and stochastic dynamic modeling to study system stability and state transitions.
