I was born into a military family in 1941, as my Dad was a Chaplain in the US Army. I attended 10 different schools in my 12 years of K-12. I attended Howard Payne College in Brownwood TX from 1959 - 63 and received a BA in Mathematics. I then got married and moved to Ft. Worth TX and earned an MS in Mathematics from TCU. I then taught math at Wayland Baptist College Plainview TX from 1965 to 1967. Wife and I then moved to Norman OK and I attended OU from 1967 to 1969. I did not receive a PhD. I received an appointment to the Faculty at William Jewell College in 1969, and spent 37 years on the faculty there, teaching undergraduate mathematics. I retired in 2006. I have since pursued my hobbies of working on motor scooter (I have 13 of them), work on my 1992 Saab 900 and also like to work on subjects in math that interest me.
