Manuel Sone is currently the Manager of Television Engineering at Electronics Research Inc. (ERI), Chandler, Indiana. He is responsible for the television antennae product line, including the development of new products. Manuel started his 25 year career in RF engineering in the United States at ERI in 1991 where he was involved in the development of FM Master Antenna Systems at the Empire State Building, NYC, and the Prudential Building, Boston. Taking advantage of his engineering background combined with bilingual abilities he promoted sales of ERI products throughout Latin America. In the summer of 1997 Manuel moved to Dielectric Communications in Raymond, Maine, to assist in the design, manufacture and testing of products for the digital build out. During his eleven years at Dielectric, he successfully designed more than 150 VHF and UHF high power broadcast antennas and components. In the spring of 2008 Howell Laboratories hired Manuel to manage its RF Engineering department. He was involved in the development of new FM antennas and the generation of sales in Latin America, where he participated in technical speaking forums.
Manuel is a native of the Dominican Republic where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Universidad Nacional Pedro Henriquez UreƱa in 1983 and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Polytechnic University, Brooklyn, NY in 1990.
