I am a PhD student in Biomedical Engineering at Stony Brook University working on CRISPR and RNA-related research. I study Cas13 systems and RNA targeting and i am especially interested in the computational biology track and using computational tools to better understand complex biological CRISPR guide designs. I am always ecstatic about learning new approaches that bridge wet-lab experiments with quantitative and computational methods.
