I am a mathematician interested in scientific computing and its application to the study of simple complex systems. Currently, I reside in Chongqing, China where I teach AP Calculus and Physics for Kaplan Education and run two student clubs: The Professional Development and Technical (latex) Writing Club and the Scientific Computing Club (mathematica). I graduated from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2013 with a Master's degree in Mathematics and minor in physics. While in school, I authored 4 publications and worked in the Center for Complex Systems Research researching and modeling diffusion on negative dimensional fractal objects. In every research venture, I inevitably find myself using mathematica at one stage or another, be it for visualization, modeling, numerics, or recursion.
