I am retired military with 22 years of service with specialties in Operations Research (applied Mathematics) and Communications. Mid career, I worked on the development of Theater Combat Models for analysis of European Theater requirements. I have also done computer simulation, modeling and management of manpower forces for the Active Army, Army National Guard, Army Reserve and the Marine Corps. My last job in the Army was analysis and management of the active Army End Strength during the first Gulf War. After retiring from the Army, I was the Program Manager for both Army Reserve Component and Marine Corps contracts, managing 58 programmers and analysts in the development of manpower forecasting models and Manpower Program Analysis and Support. I have extensive experience in programming, modeling and simulation. I have bachelor degrees in Economics and Physics and Masters Degrees in Strategic Studies and Systems Management and completed most of the degree requirements for a Masters Degree in Operations Research. For the past fifteen years, I have been exploring Number Theory and Analysis of the Riemann Hypothesis, developing models for the full and half plane version of the Zeta Function, the Eta Function, and I am currently working on Riemann-Siegel.
