User Portlet

I am a retired university professor of biophysics. I study mathematics and physics as a continuation of my education and also to be able to help my grandchildren with their university studies. I use Mathematica as a teaching and study tool but need to learn how to program with Mathematica.. Any help I can get in answering my questions through this Wolfram Community program will be greatly appreciated.
