I have deep experience in perpetration and characterization the thermal, structural and electrical properties of amorphous chalcogenide compositions as bulk or thin films. Also, a deep experience in methods of preparation thin films by different techniques, thermal evaporation methods, chemical vapor deposition methods, spray pyrolysis. He also has high potential experience in analysis the D.T. A., and D.S.C. charts. I Also have, deep experience in improvement the characteristics of materials by irradiation's for dosimeter application. I have Good organizational and prioritization skills, excellent attention to detail and good interpersonal skills and enjoys interacting with people. Samy also has Strong English and Russian languages and computer programs skill. I'm interested in Fractal theory I published many papers in this direction using Mathematica program
