I am a marine biogeochemist working on early diagenetic processes in marine sediments with a particular focus on organic carbon cycling. I employ a range of analytical techniques to measure the elemental and isotopic compositions of sediments and porewaters including TCNS, ICP-OES, photometric analysis, titration, and gamma counting. I utilise reaction-transport-, geostatistical-, and machine learning models as tools to support the interpretation of the measured data.
