ABOUT ME:

I am a PhD student at Swansea University, United Kindgom, a Marie Curie fellow working on Prototouch ITN project. After I finished my BCs in Applied Mathematics at University of Ljubljana, Slovenia, in 2011, I started working as a research assistant on FP7 NanoBioTouch project at University of Ljubljana. I had stayed there for two years and in January 2014 I moved to Swansea, where I enrolled on PhD programme in Civil Engineering.

Currently, my research interest focuses mostly on computer modelling of human touch, namely modelling of tactile contact, by employing multi-scale multi-physics simulations in terms of a finite element method in order to bridge the gap between mechanical stimulation and spike generation for the virtual prototyping and optimisation of tactile displays.
