I earned a masters degree in theoretical physics from the University of Fribourg (Switzerland) and was teaching at a technical college. I am now retired for health reasons. I visited the forums on wolfram.com several times in order to get help for my article "The probability of a nucleotide sequence to be formed by random mutations" published on researchgate.net. I am now working on a similar subject: the probability that more than one mtMRCA lineages were present 200'000 years ago, the lifetime of mitochondrial Eve, knowing that all present day humans descend from her.
