I am a student graduating from a masters program in biophysics and bioinformatics at the University of Warsaw, Poland and a member of a research group focused on applying computational methods to study the three-dimensional structure of human genome. My research interests concentrate on understanding the relation between chromatin structural rearrangements and gene transcription and recently are expanding to cover machine learning algorithms and artificial intelligence. My interests are generally constantly evolving - I was originally studying philosophy and human sciences, but moved to exact sciences when realized that boundaries of exact sciences are the place where the most interesting philosophical questions are really addressed. I attended the Wolfram Summer School in 2017.
