Yide (David) Wang is a sophomore at UW-Madison majoring in Computer Science and Data Science. He is passionate about Robotics and AI/ML, especially Computer Vision. He is a member of the Wisconsin Robotics team, where he was the Object Detection team lead, and he's also an Academic Mentor at the Center for Academic Excellence. He enjoys working on ML and robotics projects in his free time. He also loves to hike, play badminton, play video games, and read sci-fi/fantasy novels.
