I noticed if I view a discussion twice or have to refresh, the two wiews are recorded but later one is taken off. Even sometimes a discussion will show a few less visits in a few minutes than it did. Is that a correct observation?
It seems to me that only original visitors are counted in the long run. If you have visited a post before and the analytics comes back and says, you visited that post before, the second visit will be taken away from the count of views.
I'm not suggesting that the community change the way it counts. It would just be good to know if they are trying to really count every and each view or every visitor.
I observe the same. It would be nice to have it fixed, the described behavior is confusing and misleading.
