i'm trying to build a widget from scratch.
here is what i've tried.
to start, i input one of the expressions and this is what came back

i chose to highlight the variables and made these settings. what to highlight, default value and interpretation i am unsure of.

i get this output and click next.

this is the result. the page hangs on computing and will not continue
