Hi all, if I have given you, or you have been passed the Wolfram Book Tools, we've added a few things to the format, and I now have a template as well. If you have the palette open currently, you'll need to close it, and any notebooks that use it first. Then simply rerun the installer.
I have attached both the installer and the template to this post.
