Perform fractions with CTRL + / on Wolfram Cloud?

I press Ctrl + / to do a fraction in Mathematica cloud and it won't do a fraction. CTRL + / works in Mathematica Desktop not Mathematica cloud. I have to do fractions in Mathematica cloud instead of Mathematica Desktop because I can't afford Mathematica Desktop. Please help. How do I fractions in Mathematica Cloud?

The Ctrl / does not appear to work. But this is only an input issue. Once you type 

TraditionalForm[2/3]

the output should be displayed as a fraction. There is also an input menu in Mathematica Online, but I could not find anything to type fractions in.

Hi,

I am not sure whether this solves your problem, but you can type:

2/3

or 

TraditionalForm[2/3]

or 

Rational[2,3]

I need the fraction displayed as x on top of 1 displayed. Online Mathematic doesn't seem to recognise Ctrl /, is this normal?
