Create a customized partition for MFCC calculation?

Posted 5 years ago

Hi,

I have the below issues that I need help with.

  1. I am trying to calculate the MFCC coefficients but the command is giving an error. Please find attached screenshot named mfcc_error for the error.

  2. I would like to know how to create a customized partition for MFCC calculation.

  3. Currently I am using praat (as shown in the attachment named pratt_formant) to generate formants for our wav files. I would like to do the same in Wolfram. How should we go ahead with this?

Please help us in resolving these issues, if you need any details, we can provide them to you.

Thanks and regards Ratna,

In[5]:= a = Audio ["/media/000001A.wav" ]

Out[5]= -Audio-

In[6]:= AudioLocalMeasurements [a, "MFCC", PartitionGranularity -> {0.05,.0.01}]
["Values"]

AudioLocalMeasurements::wsize:
Expecting a positive real number, a Quantity object representing time or a
Quantity object representing samples instead of 0.
