I am aware that for a Graph[] object, I can get the coordinate by AbsoluteOptions[g, VertexCoordinates], but for LayredGraphPlot, I don't know how to get the coordinate or the rules.

Do not use LayeredGraphPlot. Use Graph and GraphEmbedding.
