Get faster generated reports for uploaded csv files using W|A pro account?

I recently reopened my wolframalpha pro account because of the supposedly fast generated reports for files being uploaded. As a test, I uploaded a csv with 10 rows and 4 columns (see attachment), ie a really small set of data. What puzzles me right now is that even though this data set is really small normal actions such as changing the examined column in a pie chart takes forever. What could be the reason for that behaviour?

I cannot reproduce this. It is fast when I run it.

Do you have a pro or a premium-account? What goes quite fast - even though sometimes after trying it several times - is to get the report. However, modifying some of the elements does not come to an end. In the image below I show one example. This loading for a different view does not change even after waiting some minutes. I verified this behaviour now several times.
