What do the Root symbols mean?

Recently I tried to solve the equation
Solve[{4 Go Jd - (4 Io Pcr)/A + (4 Eo J\[Omega] \[Pi]^2)/
l^2 + ((-3 + a) (Pcr - Pxcr) Pycr^2 uo^2)/(Pcr - Pycr)^2 == 0,    36 a Go Jd - (36 a Io Pcr)/A + (324 a Eo J\[Omega] \[Pi]^2)/
l^2 - ((-1 + 2 a) (Pcr - Pxcr) Pycr^2 uo^2)/(Pcr - Pycr)^2 == 0}, {Pcr, a}]

And of course, I received a solution but... I do not know what is the
1) <<12>>
2) Root[144 A^2 Go^2 Jd^2 l^4 Pycr^4 +
1440 A^2 Eo Go Jd J\[Omega] l^2 \[Pi]^2 Pycr^4 + <<9>> +
144 Io^2 l^4 #1^6 &, 1]^23) #1^6 &, 1
