Simple question:
Is it possible to install CDF Player on a removable drive (such as a pen drive or a USB flash drive)?

It will probably work. Please note that some "preference" files will be created on
each machine you use it with.
CDF Player does not need a machine-specific password.
It s not feasible to do with Mathematica.

I remember this coming up before, and I believe that the answer is basically no.
As always though, I'm sure there's a way, it's more a question of whether it's worth the effort.
