I have been struggling to find the photodiode in Modelica library. I saw all sorts of other diodes but not photo-diode. Can someone help me to find it out?

A tip would be to create a copy of the heating diode, Modelica.Electrical.Analog.Semiconductors.HeatingDiode, and replace the heat port with e.g. e RealInput that you use to supply the level of light with.

There is no photodiode model in Modelica library. That is something you need to model yourself. You can check the videos in Wolfram U on Modeling Systems: https://www.wolfram.com/wolfram-u/modeling-systems/
