How to program a complicated equation with Meijer-G function?

What have you done about your question? Why not try it yourself by using the Writing Assistant?

Actually, the problem is how to program the binomial and permutations cofficients in front of the Meijer-G function term...

Is that what you meant?  Searching for  binomial  in the help center would surely bring up the first command.  Factorial is harder to find, unless you think of calling it that.

However, I've pointed out for my question by an arrow at the permutation as mentioned below, which I need to write it correctly
