I have a Student PRO subscription but I only get "Step one" in "Step by Step Solution". For example I want to:
row reduce {{-2,2, -5, -14}, {1, 3, 0, 9}, {1, -1, 3, 8}}
and I only get "Step one" and the next hint visible?
Does logging out/logging back in to WolframAlpha help the problem?
