How do I have the notebook?

Wait till the notebook is fully loaded (when the blue bar at the top disappears) then try again. The button on the left of "File" tab should also download the notebook to your desktop.

At the bottom of the post you will find a button says "Make Your Own Copy", this will create a copy of the notebook in your Wolfram Cloud account. While this notebook is opened in your cloud account you can click on "Download" under "File" tab to download it to your desktop.
