Well, I finally found the Run[]
command :-)
However it looks like when I shell out from the WE created Terminal window to the OS to execute the .wls file it still uses just 4 cores instead of the possible 12. Looks to me it finds the mathpass of my Mathematica 12.1.1 instead of the Standalone WE own mathpass - if there is such thing, although when I downloaded, the page said that I have the licence. According to the documentation there is no restriction on the WE how much kernels can I start and if I execute LaunchKernels[12]
from the WE induced Terminal window it starts up 12 WolframKernels. So, something fishy is going on.
