Hi,
I am trying to simplyfy an expression in Mathematica and I don't seem to find a way to do it, so I am hoping somebody in the community will be able to help me out. I have this expression:
And I think it should reduce to this expression:
but it doesn't....
Is is something about the assumptions that Mathematica is doing (and in that case, is there a way in which I can change it)? Or am I just missing some basic math rule?
