Formatting a question of solving equation in Wolfram|Alpha?

Posted 3 years ago

I want Wolfram|Alpha to solve the diophantine equation 2^100=x^2+y^2+z^2+w^2 for integers. I tried writing "solve 2^100=x^2+y^2+z^2+w^2 for integers" or "Find the integer solutions for 2^100=x^2+y^2+z^2+w^2 ", but it doesn't understand my query.

What format should I write the question in?

There is an example here. It does not work for your example. It works for smaller powers of 2. I suspect the number of possible solutions is very large.
