Does anyone know of any (worthwhile) examples of iOS apps created for Wolfram Player?
I've played around with it a little, enough to discover that, with the exception of textbook apps, most CDF-apps are virtually unusable, at least on my iPhone. The screen is fixed in portrait mode, the app GUI typically doesn't scale to the screen resolution and operating any more than a single control is very challenging. That's been my experience with it, at least.
A notebook template specifically designed for creating smartphone/tablet apps might be helpful. But perhaps one simply has to shelve the idea of using the Wolfram platform for app development, at least until the functionality improves.
Does anyone on the community have experience/ideas/examples they could share?
