Age adjustments for lifting weights: comparisons and 1RM

Inspired by a WTC2021 talk about Wolfram|Alpha's support for strength training, I have now updated an old Mathematica notebook that I use for computing age adjustment of lifted weights and the number of repetitions.

(Thanks for the Staff Pick!)

As mentioned above, one other relevant issue is body weight (and gender). There is actually a formula for comparing lifts done with different body weights and gender: Sinclair's Bodyweight Correction formula. However, I don't use this as much as the age adjusted weights.

The attached notebook give some examples how this works.

Thanks, Ahmed.

I hope that this would be of some help for a nice Wolfram|Alpha app with age adjustments. Perhaps also include the feature of comparing two lifters?

Best,

Hakan
