FeatureImpactPlot allows to plot the impact of the feature values. In my case I have about 100 features and 3 classes. Therefore, I get an unreadable and cluttered output for all features.
The fname parameter can be used to limit the plot to single or multiple features.
However, I am sort of asking the other way around: Does anyone have an idea how I can limit the output to the n most important features?
