After updating Mathematica 13, on my MacBook with German keyboard layout the shortcut for fraction (Ctrl + /) is not working anymore.
According to https://mathematica.stackexchange.com/questions/270626/revert-new-keyboard-shortcut-for-fraction-typesetting there seems to be the same problem with Swedish keyboard layout.
Any quick solution for that? It‘s a bit annoying always to use the palette…

It seems the bug is gone with version 13.2.
It seems that the same bug goes for [Ctrl]+6 for x^y. It would be nice to know if this bug is reproducible for you guys at Wolfram and how quickly this might be fixed (since the usage of the palette is really annoying). THX.
I was not sure if it really is a bug. Is Wolfram aware of this issue? I was not able to find a respective post here in the Community Forum…

Don't hesitate to reach out to Wolfram technical support. Stack exchange and community can help with many issues but some can only be handled by Wolfram Research. This post sums it up nicely I think.
