Fixed in version 14.0
Issue still exist in version 13.3.
Submitted a Technical Support ticket for this issue and Wolfram confirmed it as an issue (CASE:5015018):
It does appear that ExtendedEntityClass is not behaving properly with certain grouping/ordering of its results.
