Mathematica 10 - unable to connect wolfram cloud: OpenSuse 13.1

I did an downgrade from OpenSuse 13.2 to 13.1 (more stable version), and now I am not able to connect wolfram cloud. enter image description here

It's hard to say what might be the cause of this.

First, try resetting Mathematica's preferences to their default configuration. See this article:

I can't see the picture very well, but it looks like $CloudBase isn't defined for some reason. What happens when you evaluate $CloudBase?

Hi,

I did a reinstallation , also the OS, and now it is ok.
