Your code for esercizio 5 fails because your Nu[t] is a list, not a number. Try this:
Nu[t]
t = 0.01; While[t <= 1.5, If[Nu[t][[1]] <= 1.05*3.657, Break[]]; t = t + 0.01] t
or, even better,
Clear[t]; FindRoot[Nu[t][[1]] == 1.05*3.657, {t, .1, .15}]
