I would like to ask a question. Why can't I find the WilcoxonSignedRankTest command in Mathematica 12.0? I want to use this command to detect whether there is any obvious difference between the two sets of data. Somebody told me that I should first use the command Needs["NonparametricStatistics`"], but it doesn't work. Thank you very much!
