The data files I work wih are quite large and cannot easily be transferred. But here is what I find annoying: While the notebook evaluation runs it sort of takes hold of the whole screen; other open windows are no longer accessible. There is also no way to abort the evaluation, because the mouse freezes. The only way to stop iit is to go to the Windows program manager and kill the whole program.
This is messy!
I am running Mathematica 14.2 on a Windows 11 machine (with its latest updates).
