In my paperback version of Maeder's book, equations 12.2-1 and 12.2-2 on pages 317 and 318 are essentially missing. The equations there contain lots of white space and parts of the equations are definitely missing. Can anyone else confirm this is or is not the case in their copy?
And, if so, was an errata sheet ever issued for this book?
