Recently upgraded from Mathematica 9 and encountered an annoying problem and a workaround to it.
The issue is that Mathematica would not calculate, plot, run, or do anything when I first open up a notebook. It starts to function just fine after I close and restart the "local kernel".
Question is though, what do I need to do so that I don't have to do this every time I open Mathematica up?
