I have been trying to receive my student discount for the PRO version and they said they have sent me an email but I never received one. I checked in every inbox. I have sent multiple emails to customer service but they haven't replied. Horrible service in my opinion. Can anyone please help me out?

I sent a note to the C.S. supervisor. The only C.S. email I found from your email address was one from this morning. I do not know where the others might have gone.
